







Mr John Lee was born in 1957. He joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1977 as a Probationary Inspector of Police and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police in 2010. He served in a variety of posts in the Force, including Assistant Commissioner (Crime), Director of Crime and Security and Deputy Commissioner (Management). He holds a Master's degree of Public Policy and Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
Mr Lee was appointed Under Secretary for Security in 2012 and Secretary for Security in 2017. During his service in the Security Bureau, he was responsible for the formulation of security policies covering law and order, immigration and customs control, fire and emergency rescue services, correctional services, government flying services and other areas. He also oversaw and coordinated the work of six disciplined services departments and two auxiliary forces under the Bureau.
Mr Lee was appointed Chief Secretary for Administration in 2021. Apart from assisting the Chief Executive in policy administration, Mr Lee was also responsible for supervising the work of nine policy bureaux, harmonising the work which straddled across different bureaux and departments, as well as promoting a good relationship between the Executive Authorities and the Legislature.
Mr Lee won the Chief Executive Election of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 8 May 2022, and was appointed as the sixth-term Chief Executive by the Central People's Government on 20 May 2022. Mr Lee assumed office on 1 July 2022.
李家超于一九五七年出生,在一九七七年加入香港警务处,任职见习督察,并在二○一○年晋升为警务处副处长。他曾任职警队多个不同部门的岗位,包括刑事部助理处长、刑事及保安处处长,以及副处长(管理)。他拥有澳洲查理斯特大学公共政策及管理硕士学位。
李家超于二○一二年获委任为保安局副局长,于二○一七年获委任为保安局局长。在保安局任职期间,他负责制定保安政策,包括治安、出入境及海关管制、消防及紧急救援、惩教及飞行服务等,并负责统筹保安局辖下六个纪律部队和两支辅助队伍的工作。
李家超于二○二一年获委任为政务司司长,辅助行政长官施政,并负责督导九个决策局的工作,统筹和协调跨局、跨部门工作,以及推展行政立法关系等。
李家超于二○二二年五月八日举行的香港特别行政区行政长官选举中当选,并于二○二二年五月二十日获中央人民政府任命为第六任行政长官,于二○二二年七月一日就职。

Paul Chan is the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. His policy portfolio covers a wide range of economic and livelihood-related areas, including financial services, trade, innovation and technology, land development, housing as well as transport and logistics. He is also responsible for preparing the Government’s annual Budget, and oversees the Exchange Fund with the assistance of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Mr Chan has been Financial Secretary since January 2017, and is a member of the Executive Council. He served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. Before joining the Government, he held a number of public service positions, including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of the Legal Aid Services Council.
Mr Chan has extensive private-sector experience. He is a certified public accountant. He also served as President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chairman of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong.
He holds Bachelor and Master degrees of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also completed executive programmes at Harvard Business School.
陈茂波是香港特别行政区政府财政司司长,其职责范围涵盖一系列与经济和民生相关的事务,包括金融、贸易、创新科技、土地发展、房屋、交通及运输物流等。他亦负责制定政府每年度的财政预算案,并在金融管理局的协助下监督外汇基金的管理和运用。
陈先生自2017年1月起出任财政司司长至今,并同时担任行政会议成员。此前,他于2012年7月至2017年1月期间出任发展局局长。在加入政府前,他曾担任多项公职,包括立法会议员及法律援助服务局主席等。
陈先生拥有丰富的私人市场经验。他是注册会计师,并曾出任香港会计师公会会长及特许公认会计师公会香港分会主席。
他持有香港中文大学工商管理学士及工商管理硕士学位,并完成哈佛商学院的行政人员课程。

Mr Hui has been Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury since 2020. He serves on the boards of Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Airport Authority and also as the Chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation.
He was an Administrative Officer in the Government from 1999 to 2003 and served in the Economic Development Branch, the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing and the Home Affairs Department. After leaving the Government, Mr Hui spent 13 years at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, having been the Managing Director for Market Development and Head of Project Management and also in various senior roles in Listing and Market Development. He worked for a number of multi-national companies in the private sector as well. He was appointed the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council from 2019 to 2020.
Mr Hui previously held a number of public roles including Councillor of the City University of Hong Kong, Member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority Process Review Panel, Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee and also Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel.
Mr Hui holds Bachelor and Master (Hon) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and Master of Business Administration Degree from INSEAD. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP).
许正宇自2020年起出任财经事务及库务局局长。他担任香港铁路有限公司董事及香港机场管理局董事会成员,并为九广铁路公司主席。
他于1999年至2003年期间任职特区政府政务主任,曾被调派到经济发展科,香港特区政府驻北京办事处和民政事务总署服务。许正宇在2003年离开政府后曾在香港交易所工作达13年,出任市场发展科董事总经理兼项目管理主管,亦担任过上市和市场发展部门不同的高级岗位;也曾在私人市场一些跨国企业就职。他于2019年至2020年出任香港金融发展局行政总监。
许正宇曾经出任不同公职,包括香港城市大学校董会、强制性公积金计划管理局程序覆检委员会、香港交易所上市复核委员会,以及香港会计师公会纪律小组的成员。
许正宇持有英国牛津大学哲学、政治及经济系荣誉学士与硕士学位,以及INSEAD工商管理硕士学位。他亦曾参与史丹福大学行政人员培训课程。

Mr Yau assumed the post of the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development on July 1, 2022. His portfolio covers policy areas from trade, commerce to telecommunications and broadcasting, and from promotion of intellectual property and consumer protection to boosting inward investment.
Before joining the Government, Mr Yau held key managerial positions in the aviation and logistics sector. He was Chief Executive Officer of Greater Bay Airlines, and prior to this, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Dragon, Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Board, and Director Service Delivery of Cathay Pacific. Mr Yau managed different aspects of business operations throughout his career in the private sector, and also served on various advisory bodies of the Government.
Mr Yau holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transport and Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong.
丘先生于 2022 年 7 月 1 日出任商务及经济发展局局长,职责范畴涵盖商贸、电讯和广播政策,亦包括推动保护知识产权和消费者权益的工作,以及促进外来投资。
丘先生加入政府之前,在航空及物流业出掌要职,担任大湾区航空公司行政总裁、国泰港龙航空行政总裁、国泰航空董事会执行董事及国泰航空航空服务董事。丘先生任职私营机构期间,掌管不同范畴的业务运作,亦参与多个政府咨询组织的工作。
丘先生获澳洲墨尔本皇家理工大学商业(运输及物流)学士学位,亦是香港运输物流学会资深会员。


Albert Liu, Kneron’s founder and CEO. After graduating from the Taiwan National Cheng Kung University, he got the scholarships from Raytheon and the University of California to join the UC Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD research programs, and then got his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Before establishing Kneron in San Diego in 2015, He has worked in R&D and management positions in Qualcomm, Samsung Electronics R&D centre, MStar and Wireless Information.
Albert has been invited to give lectures of computer vision technology and artificial intelligence at the University of California, as well as to be a technical reviewer for many internationally renowned academic journals. In addition, Albert owned more than 30 international patents in the areas of artificial intelligence, computer vision and image processing. He has published more than 70 papers in major international journals. In 2020, published Deep Learning – Hardware design. In 2021, published Introduction to Artificial Intelligence 4th Industrial Revolution.
Moreover, Albert has received numerous awards such as 2021 IEEE TCAS Darlington award, 2022 Pan Wen-Yuan Foundation IoT Innovation Award, 2022 IEEE CTSoc Awards Corporate Innovation Leadership Award.


Fred is Primavera Capital Group’s Founder, Chairman and CEO. He oversees the firm’s overall strategy, talent development and culture, and assumes the primary responsibilities in establishing and maintaining the firm’s long-term partnerships with global investors. Fred initiated and led investment transactions such as Alibaba Group, Ant Group, Yum China, ByteDance, Xpeng Inc., Kuaishou Technology, SenseTime, and Mead Johnson Greater China.
Prior to forming Primavera, Fred was Partner and Chairman of Greater China at Goldman Sachs and a member of Goldman’s Partnership Committee. He previously served as an economist at the International Monetary Fund. He also served on the Hong Kong Government’s Strategic Development Committee and the Advisory Committee for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, and was an independent director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and ICBC.
Fred is currently the non-executive chairman of Yum China Holdings Inc. and serves on the boards of UBS Group AG and Chubb Limited. In addition, he is a member of the The Nature Conservancy’s global Board of Directors and the co-chair of its Asia Pacific Council, a trustee of the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) and the China Medical Board, a member of the HKEX Mainland China Advisory Group, the Global Advisory Board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Jerome A. Chazen Institute of International Business at Columbia University, Harvard Kennedy School’s Dean’s Leadership Council and Harvard University’s Global Advisory Council.
Fred holds a Master in Engineering Science from Tsinghua University and a Master and PhD in Economics from Harvard University.

Emily Chen, currently serves as Chairwoman and Executive President of PCI Technology Group Co., Ltd. (PCITECH). Dr. Albert S. Hu is Chief Executive Officer of CiDi, a global leader in autonomous driving for commercial vehicles. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an expert in autonomous‑driving solutions and systems engineering. Since joining the company in 2018, he has helped build its full‑stack technology, which powers some of the world’s largest fleets of driverless mining trucks. Annabelle Yu Long is an experienced venture capitalist and board member with a strong background in digital innovation, and business operations in Asia/Pacific. She currently serves as Founding and Managing Partner of BAI Capital, a venture capital firm focused on businesses operating in Asia and beyond with investments across AI, fintech, consumer retail, media and content innovation. Additionally, Ms. Long is a member of the Group Management Committee of Bertelsmann, where she contributes to global corporate strategy and development, and where she has led Bertelsmann’s China growth strategy and its transformation into a well-regarded global investment powerhouse.

Mr. Xu is the Executive Director & CEO of AInnovation Technology Group(02121.HK). He has nearly 30 years of experience in sales, customer service, technology and corporate management, and has held executive positions at Fortune 500 companies – Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Wanda. He was former vice president at Microsoft Greater China, former vice president of SAP Greater China, former general manager of IBM Greater China Finance Unit and Global Information Service Unit, former vice president of Wanda Internet Technology Group. Mr. Xu has served multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial service, retail, telecom, health care, education and public service, and has in-depth knowledge and understanding to a variety of industries in China.
Mr. Xu founded AInnovation in February 2018, and led the company to successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 27, 2022, becoming the first "AI+ manufacturing" stock in China.
Mr. Xu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and holds an EMBA degree from Peking University. Mr. Xu has extensive industry connections.
