COVID-19 Safety Measures

Your health and safety is our top priority.

Our attendees' and co-workers' health have always been of utmost importance, we have been working closely with our venue partner and official contractor to implement a series of measures and precautions. Please rest assured that we have all necessary precautionary measures in place, some of which include:

Attendee hygiene measures at Physical Event:

  • Built-in temperature checking
  • Aegis Intelligence sanitiser applied on all public facilities, i.e doors and door handles at major entrances, escalator handrails, lift and lift buttons and chairs in restaurant
  • Hand sanitising stations across the venue

Event related measures

  • Limited capacity in stages, lounges and F&B area
  • Wider distance in F&B seating areas
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection regimes for booths and exhibits
  • Increasing frequency of waste disposal

The actual policies are subject to the situation of COVID-19 by the time of the event and we will work closely with the Hong Kong Department of Health to seek the latest guidance on public health practices.

Tickets Cancellation & Refund Policy

Although we are positive that the epidemic can be contained globally soon, we offer a risk-free registration policy under certain conditions.

Risk-free Registration Policy

For Physical Event, you are allowed to cancel your order regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by 15 Sept, 2020 HKT 23:59pm, you can request for a full refund on your tickets excluding 10% transaction fee based on the ticket price. (All date is referring to Hong Kong Time UTC+08:00).
  • After 15 Sept, 2020 HKT 23:59pm, we will not provide a refund.

Should the travel ban to Hong Kong from certain countries extends later than the aforementioned dates, we will refund your tickets with a proof of office address (excluding 10% transaction fee based on the ticket price). Should the event being cancelled by the Organiser, please stay tuned for our official announcement on the ticket arrangement.

For Virtual Event, all payment is non-refundable and all passes are non-transferrable.

Dates and Venue
The event will be held on 2-6 November 2020, while the Main Conference will be physically during 5-6 November and partner events will be held during 2-4 November at various locations. Please stay tuned for our updates on the agenda and registration details of the partner events.

Travel restrictions
The organiser has been closely monitoring the travel restriction on inbound travellers, all foreign attendees are highly recommended to visit the COVID-19 official website to stay informed of the official updates on travel limitation released by the Hong Kong Government.
