She was previously the Managing Partner at Amber Group (Nasdaq:AMBR), a leading digital assets platform where she led global development of the company’s institutional offerings as well as crypto liquidity solutions. Anna Chiu leads agentic payments at Reap, where stablecoins and AI converge: giving AI agents a way to transact with the controls, compliance and settlement infrastructure businesses already expect from payments.
She was Reap’s first product manager and its 10th employee, and helped shape most of the products the company runs today. She launched the Reap Card corporate card program, then built the issuing platform underneath it: the first stablecoin credit card infrastructure, now powering card programs for businesses globally that reach more than 100 markets.
What Anna cares about is taking products from zero to one, then scaling them. A builder at heart, before Reap she taught herself to code (yes, pre-AI era) and joined Mox as employee 14, a software engineer at one of Hong Kong’s first virtual banks, now serving over half a million customers.
Outside of work, most of her time is spent on a padel court or with her two rescue dogs.
