Jeff is the China Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures, a global venture capital firm managing over $2 billion in assets. In this role, he oversees startup investments, fundraising, growth strategies, and corporate partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. He also leads Pegasus’ China network, bridging the gap between global companies seeking opportunities in these regions and local companies aiming for worldwide expansion.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Jeff co-founded High-Cloud, a pioneering cloud computing company that he guided from inception to its acquisition by DCSS Technology (837072) in 2016. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Boku (LON: BOKU) and worked with tech giants such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and IBM.

Jess Cheng is the Co-Founder and Head of Hong Kong at CHARGESPOT. As part of the team that founded CHARGESPOT in 2017, she led it to become the world's first transnational power bank sharing service provider with over 6,000 spots in Hong Kong and over 96,000 spots worldwide. She has played a pivotal role in establishing CHARGESPOT as the market leader in Hong Kong and spearheaded its expansion across APAC, including Japan, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom and Italy, as well as its acquisition by INFORICH.

Jess holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), graduating in 2005. Jess Ng is a banking executive and strategic leader in consumer finance and SME lending. She has strong track record of driving product innovation, digital transformation as well as green finance development in banking.

Jess currently serves as Assistant General Manager, Head of Unsecured Lending Division at Bank of China (Hong Kong). Her work sits at the intersection of product, credit, digital journey and green finance. She has led to launch key fintech projects including Interbank Account Data Sharing (IADS) and Cross-boundary Credit Referencing (CBCR) which is the first-in-market on personal lending use cases.

Jess also possesses solid experience in green finance areas including launch of new green finance products, education campaign to raise ESG and green finance awareness, and partnered with a university on a joint research which shed lights on future green finance development.

Prior to joining Bank of China (Hong Kong), Jess was the product head of Hang Seng Bank for Secured and Unsecured Loan Products as well as the Director of Hang Seng Finance Limited. She is committed to using digital infrastructure to scale access to credit and green products to support Hong Kong’s low-carbon transition.

Li jing is chief strategy officer of stepfun, leading corporate strategy and ecosystem development. he drives ai applications across intelligent agents, finance and content creation, with deep experience scaling innovative products from concept to commercialization.

Joanne Hon joined Equinix in 2024 as Managing Director of Equinix Hong Kong, leading the company’s business strategy in the market. She focuses on expanding the company’s capacity and digital services to accelerate customers’ digital transformation.

Ms. Hon brings to Equinix more than 25 years of extensive financial technology, investment, insurance, legal and professional services experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to her role at Equinix, she has held leadership positions at several publicly listed multinational companies and private equity-backed technology firms, including Thomson Reuters, Mercer, Dealogic, CPA Global and Broadridge.

Ms. Hon holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of London, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia. She also serves on the boards of several NGOs, including The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association and Child Development Centre.

Joe Bonanno is the Head of Wealth Intelligence at Citi Wealth where he leads Wealth’s strategy across data, artificial intelligence, and client and advisor experience. In this role, he is responsible for transforming Citi Wealth into an AI-powered, intelligence-driven platform -integrating data foundations, advanced analytics, and next-generation digital experiences to redefine how wealth management engages and operates. He is the leader of OneWealth, Citi’s unified data and intelligence ecosystem, which connects client, account, and investment data to power real-time decisioning and personalized engagement at scale. This foundation enables capabilities such as Advisor Insights, Ask Wealth, Citi Scribe, and Citi Sky -Citi’s next-generation AI interface designed to deliver conversational, intelligent experiences for both advisors and clients.

Joe is also driving strategic partnerships with leading technology firms, including Google and Palantir, to accelerate the adoption of generative AI, agentic workflows, and large-scale data intelligence across the platform. Prior to this role, he led Data, Digital & Innovation for Citi’s Securities Services business, where he drove cloud transformation, AI/ML adoption, and digital asset innovation. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he built enterprise data platforms, advanced analytics capabilities, and next-best-action engines supporting millions of clients.

John is HSBC’s Managing Director of Digital Assets & Currencies, CIB, responsible for the bank’s activity in digital assets, asset tokenisation, CBDCs, and other forms of digital money. John has led the creation of HSBC Orion, the digital assets platform that is now live in Hong Kong and Luxembourg. John has more than 20 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining HSBC, he held various leadership roles at ICE Futures Europe (previously the London International Financial Futures Exchange – LIFFE), finally becoming head of the FICC business.

Jonathan Yip leads HSBC’s Innovation Banking franchise across Asia Pacific, overseeing the regional sales force, underwriting, investor coverage, and relationship advisory teams. Innovation Banking is HSBC’s dedicated platform powering the innovation economy – supporting highgrowth startups, scale-ups, and investors with a full suite of globally-connected expertise, digitalfirst solutions, and deep ecosystem partnerships. Under Jonathan’s leadership, HSBC Innovation Banking delivers tailored banking and credit solutions designed to meet unique client needs at various stages of growth.

Jovan Trajceski is a Partner at BrightPath Holdings and an AI, analytics, and digital transformation leader with more than 15 years of international experience across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. He advises senior executives on AI strategy, enterprise transformation, strategic partnerships, and cross-border innovation, helping organizations translate emerging technologies into measurable business impact.

His career spans multinational enterprises, AI and analytics consulting, and entrepreneurship, with leadership experience across financial services, retail, telecommunications, energy, and the public sector. He previously served as a Global Analytics Partner for a leading global retailer, led APAC growth and partnerships for an AI consultancy serving Fortune 500 clients, and founded an HKSTP-backed AI startup.

Jovan is also active across Hong Kong’s technology, business, and academic communities through industry leadership, university advisory, and startup mentoring. He serves on the Board of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, chairs the Innovation Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Kazimierz holds PhD in Innovation Finance from the University of Bath, UK. Kazimierz leads the Digital Channels & AI business for HSBC Hong Kong Retail Banking and Wealth division. In his role he is accountable for all Digital Channels performance across all digital estate, mobile app development, open banking, incubation of new digital technologies and digital design. In his role he is also responsible for development and embedding of AI technologies for the business.

Keith Rumjahn is an entrepreneur, AI educator, and creator focused on helping professionals use AI practically in their work. With over 15 years of startup experience, Keith has built and led venture-backed technology companies, raised more than US$20 million in funding, managed teams of over 40 people, and developed products used by millions globally.

Today, Keith runs **Keith AI**, where he teaches AI agents, automation, AI coding, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, local AI systems, and real-world workflows. His audience includes over **13,000 YouTube subscribers**, **11,000 Threads followers**, and **6,000 LinkedIn followers**.

Keith has taught AI to more than **2,000 students** through online courses on Udemy and other platforms. He has also trained over **300 professionals** through corporate workshops and in-person programs at **HKU SPACE** in Hong Kong. His teaching style is practical, hands-on, and focused on helping people move from simply understanding AI to actually building useful workflows, automations, and products.

Keith is also a practitioner. Using AI-assisted coding, he developed an app that now grosses over **US$1,000 per month**, and he maintains an open-source AI coding project with over **420 GitHub stars**. This gives him a grounded perspective on what AI can actually do beyond demos and hype.

His work focuses on the future of AI-powered productivity, including how individuals and teams can use AI agents, automation, and AI coding to work faster, build better systems, and stay relevant in an AI-first world.

Kenny Man is the Founder and Managing Partner of 01Fintech Limited. He has more than 20 years of extensive investment, management consulting, and operational experience specializing in Fintech and e-commerce.  While in the Alibaba family of companies, he successfully built the international investment teams for both Alibaba and Ant Group.

While Kenny was at Ant Group, he built a twenty-person team from the ground up.  Since 2015, He invested USD 5bn in over 30 Fintech companies, and was managing approximately USD 20bn in AUM when he left the company to form 01Fintech.  This propelled Ant's globalization strategy by investing or establishing partnership with Fintech companies around the world, including Paytm (India), Ascend Money (Thailand), Dana (Indonesia), GCash (Philippines), Alipay HK (Hong Kong), TNG (Malaysia), Gcash (Philippines), Bkash (Bangladesh), Kakao Pay (Korea) amongst others.  He has been appointed to more than 10 companies' board of directors and has participated the journey in turning many of those companies into Unicorns.

Prior to Ant Group, Kenny was Senior Investment Director at Vision Knight Capital, a USD 800mn private equity firm Founded by ex-Ant CEO. He led the 91.com project from deal execution and the sale of the company to Baidu for USD 1.9 billion, which was, at that time, the largest internet M&A in China. He also led the 500.com deal and supported that company’s listing on the NYSE.

Before Vision Knight Capital, Kenny was the Director of Alibaba.com Investment & Acquisition Team where he built the first Alibaba international M&A team from scratch. While completing multiple deals during his tenure, he executed the first overseas acquisition for Alibaba and the first acquisition for Alipay. His deals included Vendio, Auctiva, and Singlefeed in the US and Oncard Payments in China. He also worked in the Corporate Finance team in Alibaba Group prior to joining the investment team and was deeply involved in the Alibaba.com IPO.

Kenny has also held positions at Pepsi and McKinsey and Company. He received an Executive MBA, Joint Degree program at the Kellogg School of Management Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.  He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in University of British Columbia. He has been listed in the Global Corporate Venture Top 100 Powerlist for several years.

Kunal Choudhary is a strategy lead at Worldpay, focused on Trading and Payment Facilitators. He leads go-to-market strategy across these verticals, identifying growth opportunities, shaping differentiated propositions, and helping translate market trends into commercial action. Kunal works across product, commercial and regional teams to develop strategies that strengthen Worldpay’s position in complex and rapidly evolving payments markets.

Kun is the founder of GGWP, the AI platform modernizing moderation and tackling toxicity in gaming and communities, and founder and CEO of Forge, the first of its kind loyalty and rewards platform for games.

Previously, he founded Crunchyroll, the world's largest destination for anime and manga, and served as CEO for over a decade. He brings 20 years of experience in consumer media, including founding social mapping service Frappr, product and engineering at Slide and HOTorNOT.

Kun graduated from UC Berkeley with honors B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and B.A. in Applied Mathematics in 2004, and was a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon.

Laura is a passionate advocate and practitioner of big data & AI with 20+ years of in leading financial services, energy, and technology companies. In her current capacity as Managing Director, Head of Data, Analytics and Customer Risk Management in Hang Seng Bank, Laura drives modernization of Hang Seng’s data & messaging platform to cloud-based solutions, embedding & commercializing data & AI into frontline, digital & customer experience for hyper-personalized Omni-channel interaction and revenue growth.  Laura has held several senior positions in global companies incl. Group Head of Insurance Data & Analytics, HSBC, Chief Analytics Officer, Manulife Asia, and Head of Analytics for Wealth Management in HSBC. Laurent Crouet is Chief Transformation & Operations Officer for Generali Asia, overseeing transformation, technology, operations and security across its Asian markets. He leads initiatives that connect digital capabilities with business strategy, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

With 20 years of experience across Asia and Europe, Laurent has built his career at the intersection of insurance, technology and transformation. Before joining Generali, he held several executive positions at AXA, including CEO of AXA Group Operations in the Philippines, as well as senior roles across digital, data and transformation.

At Generali, Laurent focuses on scaling technology and innovation into measurable business outcomes. Lawrence Li is the Head of Consumer Banking Products, Retail Banking and Wealth, Hong Kong of HSBC, covering Deposits, Mortgages, FX, and Payments. He is accountable for setting the business strategy and driving overall profitability across these products. This portfolio plays a critical role in generating both interest and fee income, while delivering market share growth in deposit and lending balances.

Leandro is a partner in the actuarial and risk practice of KPMG Hong Kong. He works with life insurance and financial services clients across Asia Pacific on risk, capital, transactions, product governance, reinsurance, financial reporting, and regulatory matters. He is serving on the Life, Pension, and Innovation committees of the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong.

He graduated from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and holds actuarial qualifications in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Mahesh is a dynamic entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and developing companies across diverse industries, including NewSpace Economy for Hong Kong, Education, renewable energy infrastructure & Investments, general trading, and brand development. As an advisor to his family investments, he specializes in guiding startups through to B-round funding, leveraging his expertise in strategic growth and investment.

Mahesh also plays a pivotal role as Family Council Convenor in developing family governance, where he focuses on succession planning and sustaining family legacies through structured governance frameworks, ensuring the seamless transition of wealth and values across generations.

Manouk Termaaten has spent more than a decade in crypto, taught himself to code long before AI tools existed, and was fine-tuning language models before the general public heard of OpenAI. He studied industrial engineering (University of Amsterdam) and finance (Erasmus University Rotterdam), and founded two companies before starting Vertical, the AI studio behind products spanning AI inference, video generation, GPU orchestration and real-estate copilots.

He has operated AI infrastructure at scale for two years, with negotiated terms across AWS, OpenRouter and fal.ai, and ran the $VERTAI token live on Ethereum, Base and Avalanche through an entire market cycle, creating a community of 12,000 holders. He's now focused on making autonomous agents able to safely buy real work from real people through non-custodial escrow, onchain evaluation and reputation.

At Hong Kong FinTech Week, Manouk speaks on agentic commerce and machine payment rails (x402, MPP), token economics that reward usage over speculation, and the regulatory architecture (MiCA, VASP frameworks) that quietly determines which builders can compete in onchain finance. Outside of work he has crossed two Himalayan passes, including Everest Base Camp, and run the New York City Marathon.

Ms. Nopnuanparn Pavasant currently serves as Assistant Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Thailand, where she leads the strategic direction of financial innovation and Digital Technology. She is responsible for overseeing the Digital Asset Policy Department, Digital Asset Supervision Department and the Capital Market Infrastructure Center.

Ole Matthiessen joined Standard Chartered in August 2026 as Global Head of Transaction Services & Digital Assets within Corporate & Investment Banking. Roman Lavrentyev is a technology entrepreneur and executive with nearly 15 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and logistics across Russia, East Africa and Central Asia.

Roman is one of the founding executives of Uzum. Joining the company before launch in 2022, he helped build the business from the ground up into Uzbekistan’s leading digital ecosystem, leading the launch and scaling of multiple businesses across e-commerce, logistics and fintech. Ronald Leung is the founder and Group CEO of Esperanza.

Ronald is responsible for the Group's governance and legal matters, with a focus on developing licensed and regulated products in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Under his leadership, Esperanza has secured registration with Hong Kong Customs for a digitalised gold-backed instrument (known as tokenised gold), and permission from the SFC to conduct fund tokenisation issuance with secondary trading.

Ronald began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. He then practised as a legal professional at King & Wood Mallesons and Mayer Brown, focusing on commercial and securities law, and later worked in the investment banking arm of BNP Paribas on corporate finance.

Ryan Rugg is Head of Digital Assets, Services, Citi. The Services team helps enable global clients by simplifying the management of treasuries, payments and commerce on a day-to-day basis.

Since joining Citi, Ryan has built and led the bank's digital assets strategy within Services, culminating in the launch of Citi Token Services in 2023. The blueprint will help as a guide to assist other states, territories, and entities in the expansion of credential systems to advance economic development efforts nationwide. Prior to that Ryan was the Global Head of Industry at R3 (Fintech Startup), where she sat at the forefront of blockchain innovation across multiple industries. She was responsible for the strategic direction of R3’s key verticals, helping industry leaders capture the full benefits of blockchain for their businesses. Ryan also launched the Centre of Excellence for distributed ledger technology (DLT) in cooperation with ACORD (Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development).

Selene is Head of Digital Assets, Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), at HSBC. She provides strategic leadership for digital assets, custody and currencies within Markets and Securities Services, in close partnership with her counterpart in Global Payments Solutions.

Ms Shirley Leung is Deputy General Manager of Personal Banking Product Department of Bank of China (Hong Kong). He served as Chief Product Officer and Head of Health before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2022 and taking on the additional role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in March 2026. As Chief Financial Officer, he led the Finance function and oversaw distribution compensation and business intelligence, championing performance management and accountability.

He brings extensive experience in actuarial pricing, financial reporting and risk management in Hong Kong and Japan, including earlier experience in the Asia regional office of a leading international insurance group.

Mr. Kee holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in the United States and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation and Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF).

Winnie has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across Sales Management, Wealth Products, Retail Products, Propositions, International, and Marketing. She is responsible for HSBC's wealth solutions and strategies across the retail and private banking segments in Hong Kong.

Prior to her current role, Winnie served as Head of Distribution Sales Management, driving sales performance, and as Head of International, Jade & Premier Propositions, where she focused on customer growth and portfolio deepening within high-net-worth segments.

Before joining HSBC, Winnie spent over 14 years at Citi in senior roles.

Winnie is the CEO & Executive Director of Asia Insurance Company Limited and Avo Insurance Company Limited.  Prior to Asia Insurance, she was the CEO of Aon Risk Solutions Hong Kong/Macau.

She is a recognized industry expert in insurance, insurtech and risk management, regularly speaking at numerous industry conferences and is very active in the financial services industry and community in terms of proposing recommendations to develop the financial services/insurance industry, re-brand the industry image, and develop young talent by serving on various government-appointed Advisory Boards such as the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC), Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (HKECIC) and the Independent Commission on Remuneration for Members of the Executive Council and the Legislature, and Officials under the Political Appointment system of the HKSAR, industry-elected boards, university trustee and charity boards.

Wolf Ruzicka is a veteran technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. As Chief Commercial Officer at Unlimit, he drives the company’s global commercial strategy, partnering with clients to unlock growth through AI-driven solutions.

Throughout his career, Wolf has built and scaled high-performing technology businesses. He joined EastBanc Technologies as CEO in 2007, growing the company from 25 to over 200 employees. Following its merger with Solvd, now a nearly 1,000-person organisation, he led Solvd’s strategic advisory efforts, helping to position it as a leader in sophisticated software solutions. He also served as President of APIphany, a division of EastBanc Technologies, through its acquisition by Microsoft. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at MicroStrategy and contributed to global initiatives with organisations such as Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa, and the Japanese government.

An entrepreneur, investor, and technology advocate, Wolf has served on numerous boards, including Microsoft’s Customer Advisory Board for Azure, Halcyon House, Spense, Kion, and the Investment Board of Virginia Venture Partners, contributing to nine successful exits.
