Justyna Belkevic is a design leader challenging the way we build digital products and who we build them for. With over 10+ years of experience across Europe and Asia, she currently shapes large-scale design and product experiences used by millions at the Riot Games and pushes for more ethical, user-centered innovation in tech.

Her work spans fintech, gaming, and SaaS, but her mission stays the same: create digital systems that make sense for real people, not manipulate them. She’s a fierce advocate for design that respects users and rejects the race to the bottom driven by vanity metrics and dark patterns. From scaling design teams to redesigning platforms that touch 25M+ daily users, Justyna brings a sharp mix of strategy, systems thinking, and unapologetic ethical considerations to the table.

Born in Lithuania, based in Singapore, and shaped by a global career, she’s fluent in designing for cultural complexity and fast-changing markets. Outside her day job, she mentors emerging designers, speaks on global stages, writes thought-provoking pieces on ethical design, and builds tools that help teams think beyond dark patterns and short-term KPIs.

At Hong Kong FinTech Week, connect with Justyna to explore why design needs to stop being the last checkbox before launch and start becoming the competitive advantage it truly is. Because in a world driven by speed, trust, and noise, ethical design is the difference.
