If I did not receive the registration confirmation email, what should I do?
The confirmation email can sometimes take a couple of hours to arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change my registration details?
For changes to your registration details (e.g., mobile number), please email fintechweek@finoverse.com with the subject "Change Request".
Can I transfer my tickets?
"General Pass" holders can transfer their tickets to someone within their organisation by emailing fintechweek@finoverse.com at least 14 days before the event. "Startup Package" and "Startup Pass" tickets are non-transferable.
What is the refund policy for ticket cancellations?
The refund policy for ticket cancellations at Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK Festival 2025 varies by ticket type. "General Pass" tickets are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least two months before the event, minus a 15% administration fee. "Startup Package" and "Startup Pass" tickets are non-refundable.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All fees are payable in U.S. and H.K. Dollars.
Is personal identification required at the Physical Event?
Yes, please bring personal identification as security checks may be conducted.
How can I obtain an invitation letter for visa purposes?
To obtain a visa invitation letter, please email fintechweek@finoverse.com after you have registered and paid for your ticket.
How can I ensure my privacy and data protection during the Event?
Your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy and Hong Kong data privacy laws. You can also adjust your visibility settings within the event app.
What happens if the Event is canceled or postponed?
In the event of cancellation or postponement, announcements will be made promptly regarding ticketing issues. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for further details.
