

Mr John Lee was born in 1957. He joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1977 as a Probationary Inspector of Police and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police in 2010. He served in a variety of posts in the Force, including Assistant Commissioner (Crime), Director of Crime and Security and Deputy Commissioner (Management). He holds a Master's degree of Public Policy and Administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
Mr Lee was appointed Under Secretary for Security in 2012 and Secretary for Security in 2017. During his service in the Security Bureau, he was responsible for the formulation of security policies covering law and order, immigration and customs control, fire and emergency rescue services, correctional services, government flying services and other areas. He also oversaw and coordinated the work of six disciplined services departments and two auxiliary forces under the Bureau.
Mr Lee was appointed Chief Secretary for Administration in 2021. Apart from assisting the Chief Executive in policy administration, Mr Lee was also responsible for supervising the work of nine policy bureaux, harmonising the work which straddled across different bureaux and departments, as well as promoting a good relationship between the Executive Authorities and the Legislature.
Mr Lee won the Chief Executive Election of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 8 May 2022, and was appointed as the sixth-term Chief Executive by the Central People's Government on 20 May 2022. Mr Lee assumed office on 1 July 2022.


Paul Chan is the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. His policy portfolio covers a wide range of economic and livelihood-related areas, including financial services, trade, innovation and technology, land development, housing as well as transport and logistics. He is also responsible for preparing the Government’s annual Budget, and oversees the Exchange Fund with the assistance of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Mr Chan has been Financial Secretary since January 2017, and is a member of the Executive Council. He served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. Before joining the Government, he held a number of public service positions, including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of the Legal Aid Services Council.
Mr Chan has extensive private-sector experience. He is a certified public accountant. He also served as President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chairman of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong.
He holds Bachelor and Master degrees of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also completed executive programmes at Harvard Business School.


Mr Hui has been Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury since 2020. He serves on the boards of Mass Transit Railway Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Airport Authority and also as the Chairman of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation.
He was an Administrative Officer in the Government from 1999 to 2003 and served in the Economic Development Branch, the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing and the Home Affairs Department. After leaving the Government, Mr Hui spent 13 years at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, having been the Managing Director for Market Development and Head of Project Management and also in various senior roles in Listing and Market Development. He worked for a number of multi-national companies in the private sector as well. He was appointed the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council from 2019 to 2020.
Mr Hui previously held a number of public roles including Councillor of the City University of Hong Kong, Member of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority Process Review Panel, Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee and also Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Disciplinary Panel.
Mr Hui holds Bachelor and Master (Hon) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and Master of Business Administration Degree from INSEAD. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP).


Mr Yau assumed the post of the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development on July 1, 2022. His portfolio covers policy areas from trade, commerce to telecommunications and broadcasting, and from promotion of intellectual property and consumer protection to boosting inward investment.
Before joining the Government, Mr Yau held key managerial positions in the aviation and logistics sector. He was Chief Executive Officer of Greater Bay Airlines, and prior to this, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Dragon, Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Board, and Director Service Delivery of Cathay Pacific. Mr Yau managed different aspects of business operations throughout his career in the private sector, and also served on various advisory bodies of the Government.
Mr Yau holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transport and Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong.


Mr Eddie Yue was appointed Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 1 October 2019. He began his career as an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong Government in 1986. He joined the HKMA upon its establishment in 1993 and was promoted to Division Head a year later. He was appointed Executive Director in 2001 and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive in 2007 before taking up his current position.
Mr Yue has participated in numerous areas of the HKMA’s work. During his tenure as Deputy Chief Executive, he steered major policies and initiatives relating to reserves management, research, external affairs and market development. Mr Yue was also actively involved in tackling major financial crises and played an instrumental role in enhancing the Linked Exchange Rate System.
Mr Yue was educated at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Harvard Business School.


Mr Cheung has been serving in the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Authority since 2018 after retiring from the civil service in 2017. Some major positions that he held include the Commissioner of Insurance (2006 to 2009), the Postmaster General (2009 to 2011), the Commissioner of Customs and Excise (2011 to 2015), and a political appointment as Secretary for the Civil Service (2015 to 2017).
At the global and regional levels, Mr Cheung is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors as well as the Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee from 2021 to 2025. He is also a member of the Asian Forum of Insurance Regulators and its Chairman from 2018 to 2023.


Mr Chan was appointed the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 16 August 2017.
Mr Chan has many years of senior executive experience in the banking industry. He was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, and was a Managing Director in Financial Markets of Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to joining the Government, Mr Chan held multiple roles in a number of public and professional bodies, including Vice President of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, Director of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute, Advisor of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, as well as a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Mr Chan was also a member of the Central & Western District Council.
Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Hon) and Psychology from the University of Michigan, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Ms Julia Leung has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since 1 January 2023.
Ms Leung joined the SFC in March 2015 as Executive Director of the Investment Products Division. She became Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division in June 2016 and took on the additional capacity of Deputy CEO in March 2018.
In more than 25 years of public service, Ms Leung has extensive experience in financial regulation, market development and international cooperation. Prior to joining the SFC, Ms Leung was the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury from August 2008 to December 2013. Before that, she served at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority for 14 years, spending the last eight years as the Executive Director responsible for financial cooperation with Mainland and other international regulators.
Currently, she is the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and a council member of the Treasury Markets Association. She is also the Chair of the International Organization of Securities Commissions’ Asia-Pacific Regional Committee.
Ms Leung graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned a master's degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2014, she authored a book on how Asia has surmounted various financial crises.


Ms. Cheong joined the Government in 2017 as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Innovation and Technology and was appointed as Under Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry in July, 2022.
Before joining the Government, Ms. Cheong served as Assistant to Executive Director and Joint General Manager at a listed company, and had experience in operation and management of real estate development, cross-boundary retail, technology investment, business development and restructuring, digital transformation, investor relations, etc. In addition to profound knowledge in the business sector, Ms. Cheong has extensive public service experience including serving as a co-opted member of the Community Building Committee of the Wan Chai District Council, adviser to a think tank, etc.


Miss Wong joined the Administrative Service in 1985. Throughout the service with the Government, Miss Wong had taken up a wide range of duties at different Bureaux and Departments, including the former City and New Territories Administration, the former Education and Manpower Branch, the Tsuen Wan District Office, the former Transport Branch, the former Housing Branch, the Wong Tai Sin District Office, the former Health and Welfare Branch (subsequently reorganised to become the former Health, Welfare and Food Bureau), the former Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau (subsequently reorganised to become the Development Bureau), and the former Food and Health Bureau. She was appointed as a Deputy Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene Department in 2018 and subsequently as the Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology in August 2022.
Miss Wong possesses a broad spectrum of experience in various areas of public administration, including food and environmental hygiene, land development, home affairs and social welfare. During her tenure as the Under Secretary for the Environment, she helped support the formulation of policies on air quality, waste management, climate actions and conservation.


Ms Alpha Lau is the Director General of Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), a position she has held since November 2023.
InvestHK is the HKSAR Government’s dedicated investment promotion agency, providing free, confidential and customised support for companies to establish and expand in Hong Kong and to use the city as a platform for outbound investment. It delivers sector-specific advice, coordinates with relevant government bodies and professional service providers, and offers ongoing aftercare to foster sustained inward and outward business growth. InvestHK also works closely with other government departments to reflect investor feedback in policy design, strengthen the overall business environment and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness as an international investment hub.

Prior to joining the Government, Ms Lau held senior positions in multinational and Chinese financial institutions, where she held a range of leadership roles spanning frontline business, risk and functional management. She accumulated extensive experience in serving corporate and institutional clients, high net worth wealth clients, structuring and managing complex credit exposures, driving fintech and digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing transactional banking businesses across multiple markets. She also led and participated in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic projects, giving her a strong track record in executing cross border transactions, establishing greenfield operations and supporting clients’ regional expansion.
Ms Lau holds Bachelor and Master (Hon.) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Certificate in further education from Tsinghua University, Beijing.


Arthur Yuen is in charge of the full range of banking policy, supervision, conduct, and enforcement issues. He joined the HKMA in 1996 as Head of Administration and has since taken up different responsibilities including research and liaison on China economic and market development issues before being appointed Head of Banking Supervision in 2000. He took up the position as Executive Director (Banking Development) in July 2004, Executive Director (Banking Supervision) in June 2005 and Executive Director (External) in July 2008. He was appointed to his present position on 1 January 2010.
He has been playing an active role as member of the FSB Standing Committee on Supervisory and Regulatory Cooperation. He has also been a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision since March 2010, and a Co-Chair of the Committee’s Policy and Standards Group (“PSG”) since 2021. He also chaired the Committee’s Supervision and Implementation Group (“SIG”) from September 2018 to December 2020.


Mr Nelson Chow is responsible for developing and ensuring the stable operation of the financial market infrastructures in Hong Kong, as well as promoting the development of fintech. Since joining the HKMA in 2004, Nelson has worked in a number of functional areas, including banking development, banking supervision, banking conduct, the New York Office and the Fintech Facilitation Office. Nelson was appointed as Chief Fintech Officer in 2016 and served in the role for nearly seven years, promoting the healthy development of Hong Kong’s fintech ecosystem. Prior to taking up the current role in December 2024, Nelson was seconded to the Hong Kong FMI Services Limited as its Chief Executive Officer, maintaining the stability and operational efficiency of the financial market infrastructures under the purview of the HKMA.


Dr Eric Yip is a member of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). He is also an Executive Director heading the Intermediaries Division, which comprises the Intermediaries Supervision and Licensing departments. The Division is primarily responsible for administering licensing requirements and conducting ongoing supervision of licensed corporations with a focus on their business conduct and financial soundness.
Dr Yip is a seasoned financial professional having in-depth knowledge of the operation and regulation of the financial markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to joining the SFC, he held senior roles in banking, asset management and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. He began his career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey and Company.
Dr Yip sits on the SFC’s Executive Committee.



Mr Enoch Fung is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF). In this capacity, he also serves as the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR), which is the research arm of the AoF.
Mr Fung joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2011, and has worked in various areas including financial stability surveillance, market development, and international financial cooperation initiatives. Mr Fung has been on secondment from the HKMA to the AoF to take up the CEO post since 2023. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Fung was a Senior Economist with Goldman Sachs (Asia), where he specialised in Asia-Pacific macroeconomic and investment research.




Georgina Lok is the Head (Market Development) of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), responsible for formulating and implementing various initiatives to promote the development of Hong Kong's financial sector. Since joining the HKMA, Georgina has taken up responsibilities in different areas, including corporate development as well as international and regional cooperation. From 2017-2020, she was seconded to the International Monetary Fund, where she served as an Advisor to the Executive Director for China.


Ms Elizabeth Wong is a Director and Head of Fintech unit of the Intermediaries Division of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
Her work involves the formulation of the Commission’s policy on fintech matters and leading and supervising the licensing application approval process for virtual asset trading platforms, robo-advisers, virtual asset fund managers and traditional securities and asset management firms. Prior to taking up this role, Ms Wong worked in the Investment Products Division and the Intermediaries Supervision Department and played a key role in Commission-wide policy initiatives including developing and enhancing Hong Kong as an international asset management centre and introducing guidelines for regulating the sale of investment products through online distribution and advisory platforms.
Ms Wong practised as a banking and finance lawyer in Hong Kong prior to joining the Commission.

As the Global Head of Financial Services, Fintech & Sustainability at InvestHK, the department of the Hong Kong SAR Government responsible for attracting Foreign Direct Investment, Mr. Leung’s mission is to attract investment and boost job creation in the financial services, fintech, and sustainability sectors in Hong Kong. Moreover, Mr. Leung and his teams also help enrich the ecosystem and contribute to raising the long-term competitiveness and innovation of the related sectors in Hong Kong. Mr. Leung achieves this goal through collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders – policy bureaus, regulators, financial institutions, investors, fintech and sustainability companies, associations, etc. in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major international financial, fintech, and sustainability hubs.
Prior to joining the government, Mr. Leung had a diverse private sector background as a serial tech entrepreneur, angel investor, fintech lecturer where his first data-related startup was established through seed investment from Credit Suisse. His startup served numerous world-renowned financial institutions in wealth management, insurance, personal finance, etc. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, King was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and KPMG Consulting in the US, as well as a venture capitalist at Innovate@, a technology fund jointly managed by Booz Allen & Hamilton and Lehman Brothers in the US.
King received his MBA in Finance and Strategy (honors) from the University of Chicago and BSc in Mechanical Engineering (honors) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.


Yvonne currently works in the Fintech Facilitation Office, where she focuses on the innovative projects of the Authority in the digital payment space; and collaborates closely with international organizations and different industry stakeholders on various areas of work of the Office. Before her current position, Yvonne gave legal advice to different teams of the Authority on a variety of central banking and regulatory issues, including financial market infrastructure development and operations, banking policies, e-money and other related regulatory matters.


Mr. Michael Law is currently Senior Fintech Director at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, with responsibilities for facilitating the healthy development of the fintech ecosystem in Hong Kong. In this role, he collaborates closely with various stakeholders to advance research and development of central bank digital currencies, tokenisation, and other fintech initiatives.
Mr. Law joined the HKMA in 2009 and has worked in several key functional areas. From 2020 to 2023, he was seconded to the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C., where he served as Advisor to the Executive Director for China. Earlier in his career, Mr. Law worked in investment management and strategy consulting in New York and Shanghai.
Mr. Law holds degrees from Peking University, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Harvard University.




Jayne is Head of Startups at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), the government department responsible for attracting and retaining Foreign Direct Investment into Hong Kong. Her role at InvestHK is to attract innovative startups, investors and other stakeholders to Hong Kong, provide information and connections to support these companies setting up in the city, and help build the ecosystem to transform the city into a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Jayne graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc(Hons) in Zoology. Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at a global non-profit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship. She has also worked in marketing roles at various firms, managed product development for a number of startups at Hong Kong’s first tech startup incubator, provided digital strategy consulting for corporates at a consulting firm, and produced a number of interactive programmes at 4A’s & digital agencies.












Vincent joined Ant International in 2017 and is presently Senior Director heading International Compliance in Ant International. Prior to joining Ant International, Vincent had taken on senior roles of Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance in Citi, Standard Chartered and HSBC. Before working in the private sector, Vincent spent over 10 years as an inspectorate officer in the Commercial Crime Bureau, Hong Kong Police and then over 4 years heading the Operations and Compliance Department of the Privacy Commissioner’s Office in Hong Kong.
Vincent has been a regular speaker on forums organized by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, other law enforcement and regulatory bodies in and outside of Hong Kong. He has also been a speaker at the FATF Forums in recent years since 2018 and spoke at the Wolfsberg Group Meeting in 2024 &2025. In November 2024, he was invited to speak at the conference organized by the Anti-Money Laundering Expert Group (AMLEG) of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) on how AI technologies can make AML more effective.
Vincent was the chair of the AML Committee of the HK Association of Banks during 2008 and 2017. He was appointed as a member of the AML Review Tribunal by the Hong Kong Government for 3 years starting 1 April 2024. He is also presently a member of the Advisory Group to the Financial Stability Board on Cross-Border Payments Data under the G20 for Enhancing Cross-border Payments.




Dick Ho is the leader of BOC Credit Card (International) Limited, where he spearheads initiatives to enhance mobile payment experiences, drive cross-border payment innovations, and advance the integration of e-CNY. He oversees the company's array of services, including credit card operations, the BoC Pay mobile payment application, the BoC Bill integrated service, and digital currency strategies. Under his leadership, the company has significantly expanded its influence across the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Southeast Asia (SEA), established a new payment ecosystem, and introduced a cross-border marketing brand. Ho has successfully broadened the company's market reach to both young consumers and premium segments while establishing significant payment partnerships with various government entities. He also actively enhances payment connectivity in SEA by facilitating key cross-border QR payment partnerships.
With over 25 years in the banking sector, Ho has extensive experience across multiple domains, such as product and segment management, customer experience, data science, marketing, sales management, digital transformation, and mobile banking. His leadership on key projects, such as the mobile-first digital transformation strategy, RM Chat, Digital Hub, and the development of a payment ecosystem, has established him as a key driver of banking innovation.
Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of UnionPay International Northeast Asia Regional Member Council and as a Councilor of UnionPay International Member Council.










Wei ZHOU is the Founding Managing Partner of Cyber Creation Ventures(CCV). He has 11 years of successful entrepreneurship experience and 18 years of venture investment experience.
In 2007, Wei joined KPCB as a founding member of KPCB China. He then served as a Managing Partner of KPCB and led the technology investment team in Greater China. In 2017, Wei founded CCV, where the focus is on investing in pioneering global technologies, with offices in Singapore, Silicon Valley, and Beijing. He has maintained a unicorn rate of 35% in the first ten years of operations and continues to yield at least one unicorn each year.

Wei also serves as the governor and treasurer of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association ("CVCA"), the oldest and longest-running trade group representing the venture capital and private equity industry in Greater China.
Wei holds an M.B.A. degree from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Electronics Science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Based in Hong Kong and with over 30 years of experience in financial services technology, Wendy Wang has assumed the role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Asia and the Middle East in January 2025, overseeing the regional Technology team as part of the Global Technology and regional leadership teams.
Born in China and raised in the US with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Wendy previously worked for a number of financial services organisations, including Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, General Re, Bankers Trust, and AIG.
Wendy joined HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets Technology in New York in 2005. In 2009, she transferred to HSBC Hong Kong and held the position of Asia-Pacific CIO for Global Banking and Markets. Wendy was appointed Global CIO for Commercial Banking in 2013 and moved to the United Kingdom before moving back to Hong Kong in 2017.
In 2020, Wendy’s role was expanded to Wholesale CIO for a newly formed Technology unit, covering Commercial Banking, Global Banking, Global Cash and Liquidity, and Payment infrastructure. In 2024, she was appointed as Global Head, Technology Centres, and had the oversight across all of the Technology Centres in India, China, Poland, and Mexico.
Wendy is married with an adult son and daughter. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys reading books, listening to music and exercising.




William Wong is the Senior Vice President at GienTech. He oversees the operations of GienTech in Hong Kong, ASEAN and new markets, driving the overall strategy and execution across these regions with a focus on digital transformation and innovation for the BFSI sector. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning GienTech’s offerings with the evolving demands of the market.
Previously, William served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GienTech’s predecessor, Pactera. During this time, he managed the business operations for the Greater China FSI group, overseeing 15,000 employees and driving significant growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Earlier in his career, William co-founded two software product and IT solutions startups, Finesse Alliance and Fuziq.
William holds an Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD program and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT solutions and services industries, William is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

As Chairman of the Board, Dr. Xiao oversees and leads the Group’s activities and strategic direction. He is also currently Vice Chairman and Executive Director of China Wanxiang Holding, and Chairman and CEO of Wanxiang Blockchain. With more than 25 years of experience in the securities and asset management industry, he was previously Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Bosera Asset Management, one of the largest asset management companies in Mainland China.

Yam Ki Chan is the Vice President for Asia Pacific of Circle (NYSE: CRCL), responsible for the company’s business and strategy in the region. He leads a team responsible for partnerships and market expansion across the region. Yam Ki advises stakeholders on how stablecoins unlock economic opportunities for businesses and economies. Yam Ki also serves as the Managing Director of Circle Singapore. He oversaw the enablement of USDC in Japan, the first stablecoin recognized in the country.
Prior to Circle, Yam Ki held strategy & operations and public policy roles at Google Payments and Google Cloud, where he worked on partnership strategy, market launches, and government affairs.
Before Google, Yam Ki served as a Director at the White House National Security Council, where he coordinated U.S. economic strategy in Asia and was a member of the U.S. negotiations team for the G-20 and G-7. Before joining the National Security Council staff, Yam Ki worked in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Earlier in his career, Yam Ki worked in technology investment banking at Jefferies in Silicon Valley.
He earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton College.


Professor Yang Gao FIET FRAeS, is a world-renowned space roboticist with over 20 years of R&D and space mission experience including ESA ExoMars, Proba-3 and lunar VMMO; UKSA CLEAR, MoonLITE and Moonraker; and CNSA Chang'E-3. She has led research projects for ESA, UKSA, UKRI, EU, and industries. Her honours include the Mulan Award for Contributions to Science, Technology and Engineering (2019) and Distinguished Global Leadership Award (2025), and research under her leadership has won IAF 3AF Edmond Brun Silver Medal (2013), COSPAR Outstanding Paper Award (2016), ESA SysNova Challenge First Prize (2018), IEEE-ICRA Space Workshop Wiley Poster Award First Prize (2020), and Sino-UK Entrepreneurship Competition First Prize (2022), among others.
Professor Gao joined Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in mid-2025, where she becomes the Founding Director of Centre for AI and Robotics in Space Sustainability, the Co-Director of HKUST’s Space Science & Technology Institute, as well as the Acting Director of Hong Kong Space Robotics & Energy Centre.
Prior to joining HKUST, she spent 20+ years in the UK as Professor of Robotics and Director of the Robotics Centre at King's College London. Earlier, as Professor of Space Autonomous Systems at the University of Surrey, she founded and led the multi-award-winning Space Technology and Autonomous Robotic systems Laboratory (STAR-LAB).
Professor Gao serves further leadership roles like the Co-Chair of IEEE-RAS Space Robotics Technical Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Wiley's Journal of Field Robotics, and Mentor for the United Nations' Space4Women program helping achieve SDGs.














Dr. Yu graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and obtained an EMBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. With nearly 20 years of experience in product R&D and management in the technology sector, he once served as Vice President of Baidu Smart Cloud. During his tenure there, he led the development of Baidu Smart Cloud’s ToB business system, advanced the R&D of AI Open Platform, PaddlePaddle deep learning framework ecosystem, and large model application products, and achieved core technological breakthroughs as well as commercial value transformation.
After joining ZKJ Group, Dr. Yu has actively driven the company’s innovation in LLM technology and application fields. He led his team to develop the Dezhu LLM Platform and Dezhu Intelligent Series Products, which have been widely applied in industries such as finance, government services, manufacturing, and automotive. Meanwhile, based on the company’s leading LLM platform, he has collaborated with customers and partners across various industries to build a number of vertical-specific LLMs—including China’s first transportation infrastructure LLM, shipbuilding industry LLM, and non-ferrous metals LLM—setting benchmark examples for the industry. Currently, these solutions serve over 2,000 leading customers in the industry, earning high recognition from the market.
Dr. Yu took the lead in the industry to propose the "Platform + Application + Service" three-level engine strategy for LLM implementation, which has been adopted by many industries and enterprises as the standard implementation path for LLMs. Under his leadership, ZKJ Group, leveraging its strengths in vertical-specific LLMs, has been listed in the "2025 Fortune China Tech Companies Top 50" and "2024 Hurun China Artificial Intelligence Enterprises Top 50", with the company’s market competitiveness and brand influence continuously on the rise.




Ms. Rita Liu is a globally recognized female leader in the fintech industry, with extensive experience across Asia, Europe, and North America. Her expertise spans enterprise payments (B2B), consumer payments (B2C), digital wallets, and cryptocurrencies.
Committed to advancing financial technology innovation, she has led the development of multiple strategic initiatives, successfully building new business systems from the ground up while overseeing core functions such as business expansion, marketing, operations, and product development. She has cultivated deep industry insights and an extensive network of partnerships.
Prior to joining RD Technologies, Ms. Liu served as CEO and board member of one of the first publicly listed crypto-asset companies recognized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Ant Group and Alipay for nearly a decade, including CEO and Director of Alipay UK. In these roles, she was responsible for formulating and executing the group’s strategic plans, business expansion, and operational management in Europe, successfully leading her team to establish Ant Group’s European operations from scratch and driving the group’s mergers, acquisitions, and localization strategies in the region.
In late 2023, Ms. Liu assumed the role of CEO at RD Technologies, leading the team to focus on building compliant stablecoin infrastructure and advancing innovation in next-generation global payment and financial systems.

A pivotal leader in global fintech and Web3, Zhuoqun Bian drives Ant Group’s blockchain innovation, digital asset commercialization, and global expansion—with a strategic focus on Hong Kong as a hub for cross-border collaboration.
With deep expertise in fintech, Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, and renewable energy digitization, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives: launching Ant Digital Technologies’ “Dual Chains and One Bridge” renewable asset framework (Hong Kong, Oct 2024) and Jovay (April 2025), a millisecond-level RWA trading Layer-2 blockchain. As a core member of Project Ensemble, she enabled China’s first renewable energy RWA transaction (charging piles/solar PV) via AntChain, pioneering a “Domestic Assets → Hong Kong Gateway → Global Liquidity” model endorsed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Appointed to lead Ant Digital Technologies’ overseas operations after its 2025 recognition as a Hong Kong SAR “Key Enterprise Partner,” she oversees a HKD 1 billion, 3-year Greater Bay Area (GBA) tech initiative (R&D, Web3-AI integration).
